Rich, sweet, and fortified — dark cherry and chocolate in a half bottle. Pour a little after dinner and call it dessert. One bottle goes a long way. https://demo.stave.works/wines/ruby-port - Stvartak Family Reserve (2021 Nero d'Avola) — $65, in stock. Our flagship, named for the family. Nero d'Avola off the warm ridge, dark and full with the structure to sit in the cellar a decade if you can wait. We usually can't. https://demo.stave.works/wines/stvartak-family-reserve - Pinot Noir (2021 Pinot Noir) — $44, in stock. From our coolest, highest block. Red cherry and a little forest floor, light on its feet. Pinot doesn't come easy in North Carolina, so we're a bit proud of this one. https://demo.stave.works/wines/pinot-noir - Chambourcin (2021 Chambourcin) — $28, in stock. Dark berries, soft tannins, nothing to prove. The Yadkin Valley's workhorse grape and our easy weeknight red. Give it a slight chill in summer, nobody's watching. https://demo.stave.works/wines/chambourcin - Estate Chardonnay (2023 Chardonnay) — $32, in stock. Clean and bright, green apple and citrus with just a touch of the barrel. Crisp enough for the porch, round enough for dinner. https://demo.stave.works/wines/estate-chardonnay ## Wine club - The Stave Circle: Two allocations a year, chosen by the cellar. 15% off every bottle year round, complimentary flights, and member pricing on events. No reservation is needed for parties of six or fewer — walk right up to the crush pad Thursday through Sunday. For seven or more, or for a private tasting, reach out first so we can set aside space. - How much is a tasting? The Classic Flight is $25 a guest for five current-release wines (about 60 minutes). The Ridge Walk & Tasting is $45 a guest, and the Cellar Table with the winemaker is $85 a guest by appointment. - What are your hours? The tasting room is open Thursday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm. We're closed Monday through Wednesday, and the last flight goes out 45 minutes before close. - Are you dog-friendly? Yes. Leashed, supervised dogs are welcome outside and on the terrace. - Is it kid-friendly? Kids are welcome outside and on the terrace with a guardian. To taste wine you need to be 21 or older, and we do check ID. - Is there food? There are cheese and small bites at the bar, and a food truck on most weekends. You're welcome to bring a picnic, and we'll happily sell you the wine to go with it. - Do you host weddings or private events? Yes. The crush pad, terrace, and cellar table host groups of 8 to 120 — rehearsal dinners, celebrations, corporate retreats, and quiet anniversaries. Send a note through the contact page with what you have in mind. - What states do you ship to? We ship to most U.S. states through a compliant carrier. Add wine to your cart and the checkout tells you before you commit. Because Stave invoices rather than charging a card, we send an invoice and ship once it's settled. Local pickup is always free. - How does the wine club work? The Stave Circle sends two allocations a year, chosen by the cellar. Choose Half Case (six bottles, from $210) or Full Case (twelve bottles, from $395). Members get 15% off every bottle year round, complimentary flights, and member pricing on events. There's no card on file — we invoice you before each allocation, and you can pause or leave anytime. - Where are you and how do I get there?
