the allocation list · never more than the hill gives

the blue palace

There is no tier called reserve, because everything we make is already spoken for the moment the hill decides how much there is.

The Blue Palace is simply the list of people we bottle for first.

struck in metal, numbered, kept for life

first release · first seed

the spring allocation

Evening Star and Sun's Dusk, shipped when the roads clear. Six or twelve bottles, packed at the cellar door, with the vintage note written the week of bottling.

second release · last seed

the harvest allocation

Last Seed pinot noir, released only to the list, in the month it is named for. First refusal on library bottles when we re-open a vintage.

what membership holds

01

two allocations a year

Spring and harvest, six or twelve bottles each, always before general release — and general release rarely happens.

02

a seat at the harvest table

One long lunch in the rows each Last Seed, cooked at the house, poured from barrel.

03

the library

First refusal when older vintages leave the cellar, and standing access to tastings of anything still resting.
